Order Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once order is placed NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS allowed. This is due to our fast turnaround times and once you upload your images they are automatically sent directly to the printers.
Color Information
We print in CMYK. Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black. Our color management system is PMS based. We use PMS coated color numbers for reference purposes only. It’s important to note that they may look different on a printed wrap than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%. While we make every effort to ensure consistent colors, there may be some slight color variations due to the printing process. If a color match is needed, please notify us and we will work with you. An additional charge may apply.
Cut Contour
Cut Contour files have a maximum printable width of 50.5″. Again, we can tile files that are larger, or you can tile it prior to upload.
Delivery
Once you receive your delivery. Full Inspection of your products must occur within 24 hours of delivery and if package is damaged or print is not correct all claims must be filed within 24 hours from delivery date.
File a claim by emailing signshoporders68@gmail.com and attach photos of the damage and the damaged packaging or delivery boxes as well. Our product are made to order so they are inspected for accuracy and quality before shipped to our customers.
Artwork Disclaimer:
MyRapidSigns.com does not preflight files to ensure sizing matches the ordered size only. If there is a size discrepancy the artwork sent is automatically resized to fit to the size ordered and printing will commence. MyRapidSigns.com will not be responsible for image quality (IE pixelation of low resolution images, etc), colors, spelling, layout, etc. This exclusion does not apply if MyRapidSigns.com has provided the design services unless the proof has already been approved by you. Additional fees will apply if MyRapidSigns.com is required to make changes to the customer provided files.

Design Services, File Output, Hourly Design, Flat Rate Design:
Design Services Only Available for products printed by We Print Wraps. We do not provide Design Services on items we do not print. We do not release any print ready artwork only branding artwork.

Shipping Speed:
Please note standard shipping and OVERNIGHT DELIVERY may be delayed by the shipping Carrier UPS/FEDEX/USPS due to any reasons the shipping carrier may have. While the shipping carrier will make every effort to deliver within the specific shipping times MyRapidSigns.com and the shipping carriers can not guarantee delivery dates and will not Issue refunds on delayed packages.
